Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience is the perfect way for those who just aren’t ready to take the plunge into a certification course, just want to try, or take a close-up-look to the beautifull underwater life in the beautifull Sea. Cool Divers Diving Center offers this program in a pool combined with a dive in the beautifull Sea (boat dive). It’s the perfect way to try Scuba Diving on vacation. While not a scuba certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.

The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience is available for everyone with a minmum age of at least 10 years old. No prior experience with Scuba Diving is neccesary, everything you need to know will be teached and instructed at the Cool Divers Diving Center.

What will you learn?

To get you at ease in the water and feeling comfortable the certified instructors from the Cool Divers Diving Center will teach you the basic guidelines and skills to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI professional. Since this introduction consists out of a (try) dive in the pool or shallow water and an open water dive you’ll practise a few more skills to get prepared for the beautifull Sea adventure!

Get ready to:

Go over the scuba equipment you use to dive and how easy it is to move around underwater with your gear.
Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater.
Learn key skills that you’ll use during every scuba dive.
Have fun swimming around and exploring.
Hear about becoming a certified diver through the PADI Open Water Diver course.

At our diving center we will provide the Discover Scuba Diving Participant Guide. Your Participant Guide explains the experience and lets you pre-study the safety rules and skill techniques our instructor will review with you. You’ll also learn about opportunities to become part of the scuba community after you complete your underwater experience, like finishing the PADI Open Water Diver course.

Course description

The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience is the perfect way to experience scuba diving, enjoy the beauty of the sea-life in the Sea and to learn and practise the basics of breathing underwater!

With just a few excercises in the pool and a few instructions this is a perfect holiday adventure!

Prerequisites

Reasonable health and fitness, ability to swim and feel relaxed in the water.

Minimum age: 10 years

Important notes

The course includes equipment rental (BCD, mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, wetsuit). Filled air tanks are also included.
